or do ALL blackberry phones have soft rubber silicone QWERTY keyboards only?

I believe the curves had hard plastic keyboards.

well its actually impossible to tell by just looking at images of various blackberry phones on google, the only way to know for sure is if you have the actual phone in your hands for testing, or if someone here were kind enough to tell me of the specific blackberry model that they owned before that had an actual hard plastic qwerty keyboard.

The 9000, 9800, and 9810... Pretty much every BBOS phone AFAIK. Most BB10 phones too.
