    Hi All,

Tried to upgrade my version of desktop manager and my device crashed in the process. After a reboot, I noticed that password keeper and brickbreaker had gove missing and I do not have backups to restore. Does anyone know how I can get these apps back? Thanks.

There is a good chance you do have a backup, created at the start of the upgrade process.

Check in My Documents for the file: Loaderbackup-(2009-xx-xx).ipd

Use Advanced Restore to replace the data on your device.

Same thing happened to me when I had to reload my OS. I did a backup not knowing that I would have to reload the OS an hour later when the unit got hosed. I will open the backup/restore on my desktop software and attempt to selectively the password keeper program. Some other apps were not restored either. Hope I can restore those as well. Will let you know if it works.
