    I'm with T-Mobile and want to purchase the new Passport if released in the US. What's the likelihood that the new BlackBerry phone offerings will be available unlocked at launch and will they offer a deal for t-mobile customers and the like (like a payment plan)?

    Doubt they would offer a deal.

    Unlocked at launch you could probably get one on amazon or buy from another carrier and pay to get it unlocked.... is that legal in America yet....? I'm not sure sorry

    Only the Magenta Madman can answer that one for you. But I doubt Chen will allow him to sell the Passport.
