Bad dream ... my Q10 got trouble after install it to 10.2. Shortcut for make call & camera gone at homescreen. Need you advice team. Plssss

I had this problem after updating also.
Myself, I discovered that it was due to existing (combined apps) folders on the homescreen which had been created by me under the previous OS version.
This caused conflicts with the new OS, as they were created under a command set which could not be properly interpreted by the updated OS (10.2.).
Whenever I interacted with content in any folder I would loose my Call, Search and Camera shortcuts, yet they would be there on the open apps page when I swiped up.

What I had to do was drag everything out of the folders (every single folder) and undergo some rebooting whilst doing so.
Then I recreated my folders again - from the beginning on the new OS.
I hope this is similar to, and helps solve your problem
