    After I update to OS10.2.1, my BlackBerry Z10 always show me the sim card isn't compatible with my device, I just can make a voice call which I have data plan with my sim card. After I restart my device, it back to normal, but after awhile (less than 30 min) my data can't use again, I have to restart my device again. I have replace a new sim card from my service provider, but my device show me the same problem. May I have any solution? Do you all have this issue after update the OS 10.2.1?

    Welcome to the forums!

    First time I head of this, it could be a loose card but I doubt it since you didn't have the issue before.

    I suggest plugging your device to BlackBerry Link and letting it reload the OS. Make a backup first!
