just got hold of a blackberry bold 9000 im a bit confused as to where to begin. i want to put the latest 5.0 for the 9000 (the .411 version) os on here ive been checking out the forums beforehand how do i go about doing this?

Well you need to download it to your computer first. Then, connect up your blackberry and follow the instructions. The whole process takes about an hour.
