    def. will be 3g on cdma. will not be anounced until WES may 5-7 so you shall have official answers then.

    More than likey it will go to Bell/Telus, manily becuase it is a CDMA device, not a primary GSM device.

    Granted, it is a world phone, so it has GSM radios within. It just won't be 3G in Canada (GSM).

    As far as I know, it will definitely be EVDO Rev. A, so that a big yepper to the 3G question. I'm fairly certain every CDMA berry since the Pearl has been 3G.

    EVDO Rev. A isn't technically 3g. It isn't any faster than EDGE either, probably slower if it's a BB unit. The fast downloads on Vzn are their Get it Now featured pay-per stuff. Sad but true.
