Oh yes, it'll be announce on the 26th .. So beginning of next month it'll be out . It'll be worth waiting for . Mytouch is cool and all , but its not worth leaving a bberry device for. My friend owns one and its so hard to text on it. But its 3g is nice. Mytouch is a lil childish.

I like the 8530 but I'd get the 8900 instead (oh wait, I did! ). The myTouch is a nice device too. Have you played with them in the store? You really need to weigh your options and choose the device based on your needs. I prefer a physical keyboard but there are plenty of people who say they can text just as fast on an iPhone. What's the return policy in your area? In CA we have 30 days to return but I know other states have only 14 days.
I LOVE my 8900 but I agree with the others, maybe you should wait for the 9700 to come out.

Go for the MyTouch, change for change's sake is good sometimes. It's just a phone anyway.

You have to have the phone for 2 years, so make sure you will be happy with your decision.... its hard for us to advise you... you know best what your needs are.

I agree with getting the 9700 although you will want to wait at least 6 months for RIM to fix whatever software issues it will have when released. The 8900 is a very great BB, it is truly all up to you!

    Thnx, •Tripster•
