I just learnt that Opteimus is the vendor for Blackberry Motion in India. Also, on some of the websites I saw that it is launching tomorrow i.e. 30 Nov'2017 in India.

KeyOne is already available online to buy in India.
Not sure, how true is that!

Yeah it's looking like Optimus has decided to just distribute BBMo devices and not go to the trouble of having to be an OEM. Did see the Motion listed on an Indian site as coming soon, but didn't know if that was just an "assumed" placeholder or a sing that it was officially coming. While there aren't a lot of 4000mAh device in the NA market, there is a huge market in India with devices with that size or larger battery. Too bad the Motion will be at the very high end of that market there (short of flagship devices).
