i cant send a picture through my media app or the bbm chat app! ugh wtf!
This is weird. I have this version installed on a variety of devices and all can send via BBM. Let me check on a few things. Meanwhile go into BBM pull up convo>Menu>then pull battery for 30 seconds.
I'm thinking it's more than a bug and there might be something interfering with the process. I have a contact on BBM that has an 8900 and is running the same OS build as I am and there are no issues sending pics. As a matter of fact, I think I'm the only one of my three contacts that I've tested this morning that have this issue. Of the three, they all updated, all sent pics on the fly and I was able to accept, receive and view.

Correct. Again, this happens when you try and send the pic via the media app itself. Not when you try and send the pic via BBM. Go into the convo and send pic from there. There seems to be a bug sending it via the media application.

I tried press camera button during convo then send to messenger contact
All of them are same,
BBM do not reduce the size of pic I want to send & the receiver cannot just view but have to save or reject?
WTF! I want my old BBM back!

im having the exact same problem...i figured there would be these kinds of problems since tons of people are downloading 5.0 and probably a ton more now using it.

Probably just the huge amount of people loading the servers upgrading and chatting now. With groups and such.
yes, my carrier provider offered me a new BIS account where as it supports email accounts up to 10 and instant messengers like yahoo, gmail, ect..

cant quite figure out how to "scan a barcode" but its nice so far!
Invite Contact>Scan Barcode>Camera opens and just have to focus in on the QR code and it will automatically read it and send invite. Sometimes it may take a few seconds but it will load.
Hey, I don't know if someone can help me... I'm looking for the CODs from a Pearl Flip. My girlfriend as the e-mail + BBM plan, so I cannot download BBM via OTA on the browser.
