I called verizon and went all the way to the top to get to the bottom of this and they havent heard any new version of bbm being release. If you don't believe me, call them your self. I talked to god, last night, and he told me that it was going to be released...Oh and did you not read, its going to be through RIM not the carriers as of yet man..

No, it isn't being released BY Verizon. However, I did call a close friend at my local Huber Heights store and he confirmed that it is supposed to be released today.
So I see that the new BBM is supposed to be released tomorrow. Do I need to have the new OS in order to have the new BBM? Or can I simply get the new BBM tomorrow when it comes out?
