Need a little help here.. What do the icons mean next to the contacts smiley face's. I checked the help guide and nothings there telling me what they mean.

They are the status icons selectable by the user from Blackberry Messenger > Menu > Edit My Info.

Options are:

Free To Chat
Busy in a Meeting
On Vacation
Out of Office
Available
Unavailable

You can also add a status message on this screen if you want to add a clever sentiment.

Mine only has "available" and "unavailable" :-(
