Blackberry Messenger should already be on your phone. Go into the "instant messaging" folder. If it's not there, you'll need to get it through the app loader on desktop manager.

Did you restore your Pearl backup to your Storm? You'll have to load the Storm OS to your computer then do what forever29 said and install BBM using the App Loader in DM.

Go to the instant messaging folder already on your Storm.

Disregard that. That's a worst case scenario.

You first need to check the Instant Messaging folder or Applications Folder. If not there then go to Settings>Options>Advanced Options>Applications. See if it shows BlackBerry Messenger. Should be there.

On your home menu there is a folder named "INSTANT MESSAGING." Open that folder, and BLACKBERRY MESSENGER will be in there.
