BB Maps is ok, but I prefer Google Maps. I sometimes have to use BB Maps when it is the default (and only) mapping product of some BB apps.

worked pretty fine for me on different continents and islands!
Does it support navigation or am I not finding it? I don't see any difference between app (from google play) from web based using BB browser? So far I had no problem with BB maps/traffic/navigation. But then again used it only in the city, here in canada
Spent a week in Milan, which is the biggest nightmare of a city as it is just so frickin' big and all the streets look the same!
Used GPS on BlackBerry Maps and helped me get everywhere I needed to be every single time.

BlackBerry maps has successfully helped me navigate around amsterdam, while on holiday, on numerous occasions which says a lot for it as I'm usually so stoned I have trouble remembering my name.
Via CB10 from Scotland while pretty stoned using Z10STL100-2/10.2.1.2141
I use BB Maps frequently on ky Q10 and have not had any problems. I would use Waze but there is no native App
I like the map view on BlackBerry Maps more than GMaps. The navigation movement in GMaps is very jerky. Neither does a really great job of navigating around traffic. BB Maps checks for traffic when it first plots a route but doesn't update after that. There's one part of my commute where it splits and I have a choice. BBMaps said 31 minutes on the route it chose. I went the other way and after updating the route, it said 19 minutes. You have to stop navigation and start it again to get a traffic update.
BlackBerry maps consistently gets me from Santa Monica to where I live, taking me around traffic, through shortcuts on streets that I never knew existed.
In the LA area, it has saved me hours of time.
Does it have satellite views of streets or "Street View" or anything like that? No. I have Apple Maps on my Mac Book Pro and my iPod touch. But when I'm driving from someplace to someplace else, BlackBerry Maps does everything I need it to.
