    I can no longer open BBlink on my computer. I recieve the following error message.
    Blackberry link will not launch. Please help!!!-capture.png

    We have updated with att latest update and my wife also recently just recieved a replacement z10 due her's "bricking".

    Any help is appreciated.

    First thing that comes to mind (looking at your screenshot) is to hit up windows update and look at the optional / not important updates and make sure you have microsoft's .net 4.0 installed and fully updated.

    have you tried the BlackBerry Link version 1.1 in the Beta Zone?

    Thanks all! I did notice a lot of .net updates in windows. Will try that and see how it goes.

    Please neutralise User Controls as that can interfere in downloading Link. Once it is put to least safe mode you can download. Remember to reset to your comfort mode User Controls after Link has been downloaded. This is required for Windows 8.
