I seen to be having a problem with BB link. its not syncing all music from Itunes.
I have the majority of the music from there,and one or two from amazon none of there amazon came over when I set the phone up. oh I just got the PP sliver this is not so good that you cant even sync without problems.
is there some thing I should do different. like start over since there was an update when i turned it on which is another
problem swipe to wake up that's a hit or miss

Have you used the configuration settings in Link to establish how you want to sync your Passport with iTunes?

BlackBerry link is only good to reload the os. I drag and drop, it's a lot faster and less hassle.

I've had no problems syncing iTunes with Link.

If you connect via BlackBerry link, go into finder on your mac or my computer on PC, you should see a folder with some numbers and a folder for micro sd card if you have it installed. Click on the folder and you will see folder for music, video, pictures and so on. Then highlight your songs in itunes and drag them over to the music folder. If you want your music stored on a micro sd card, go into settings, storage and access, access using USB, then toggle on USB mass storage mode, that will directly connect to your micro sd card. Dragging and dropping merely copies files from you PC to your phone on a one time basis, it doesn't do any syncing with iTunes. All your future music updates will have be manually copied every time.
