Newbie again...

I've successfully (I think) set up my email accounts with the BIS. However, yesterday, I registered with Crackberry in the middle of the day, and went straight into my email account via my computer to find two welcoming emails from Crackberry - so far so good.

My query is that those same emails didn't appear on my Blackberry 8707v until 0420hrs today - roughly 13 hours after my computer had received them!!! Have I missed something, because I was under the impression that the whole big selling factor of these units is that you can keep regular UP TO DATE track with your various email accounts... and not half a day later!!!

Please could anybody help this IT challenged newbie?

Good question. I tested this myself emailing to a .mac account and I received the email on my blackberry about 30 minutes-45 minutes later.
