I downloaded an app from Amazon and the same app from Snap. Only the version from Snap was inspected by BlackBerry Guardian. I was wondering if Amazon bypasses BlackBerry Guardian and should I stop using Amazon because of this ?

Probably the ones from Amazon are considered as being from a trusted source

No, it won't - "BlackBerry Guardian will inspect applications that you download from sources outside BlackBerry World and Amazon Appstore"
