Has anyone updated fitbit to their latest firmware and have trouble connecting to BlackBerry?
I have the fitbit charge and it was connecting to my passport right out of the box but then it required me update the fitbit firmware and ever since then I can't sync nor connect with the app.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have a BlackBerry passport running 10.3.0.908.

Mine works fine on the Passport. I get the same message, hit no 3 times as above said and it syncs. My wife has hers on her Passport with no issues at all.

im running 10.3.1.747...Is that the newest leaked os to run the fitbit on??

Do you always have to select no? Thats so weird.... I wonder if the new leaked os will fix that problem

Ya that method seems to work. But I have to do it every time it syncs. Weird. Wonder if Google play services has something to do it with it.
