    These stood out to me:
In UK BB10 launch selling more than galaxy s3 did at its launch. Over 30% in the UK coming from another platform.

    Ask them two questions:
    1. Are they reading "feature requests" (bb7 features and new features) on CrackBerry forums and "bug reports" ?
    2. Are they going to be able to push an OS update with bug fixes and feature-requests BEFORE USA launch? Not just a small update, but an update that fixes bugs and implements significant number of features. Say, top 5-10 most requested features.

My opinion is that: the single most important thing Team BlackBerry can do is read CrackBerry forums for bug-reports and most-requested features. Swiftly implement them. If they swiftly respond to end-user feedback (bug reports, feature requests) everything else (sales, app-developers interest, word of mouth marketing, good reviews, buzz) will logically follow from there.

Are they doing that? We haven't seen an update yet. Granted that it has only been 3 weeks since release but I want to know if they are working on an update that will add significant (not just minor) fixes?

If you get a chance, can you please pose these questions to BB Senior Management team there at BlackBerry Experience Forum?

Just my opinion: minor bug-fixes should be released in < 2 week cycles, major fixes/feature enhancements should be released <4 week cycles.

    ^THIS!!!

I just returned my BB10 and would buy it back if there was an major OS update coming in very soon. I couldn't wait a few months for a chance for them to enhance some of the most basic features (outlook/email).

There are tons of updates being worked on and a lot of issues are being addressed. CB is perused by BlackBerry, but I can't comment on if they are reading any specific threads. Best bet is to tweet them the thread link!

    My list is here: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...update-768484/
And I have tweeted it to several BB members but never received a response or acknowledgement.

yes, I know they ought to be working on bug-fixes and feature-requests. But how soon can we expect it? 4 week cycles, 5 week cycles, 6 week cycles? And is it going to be a major update or just minor bug-fixes? Ask them. It doesn't hurt to put some additional pressure from end-users. This way, they'd know their end-users (and early adopters) are waiting for updates!

-30 day limited on email archives (iphone has unlimited)
-responding to emails via exchange, there is no indication on outlook desktop that a email was responded to if you do it via BB Z10 (no purple responded arrow or other indicators)
-no battery % indicator, but they have a Z??
-facebook app sucks, the newfeed is all over the place and shows 5 day old posts as top of my feed.
    -rotation lag is huge
-low light picture taking is really lacking (not sure if this can be fixed with an os update though).

Those are my biggest qualms for the phone, and of course there are tons of ppl experiencing problems with syncing outlook contacts and calenders etc etc.

I'm not just an end user and anything given like that I would have to consider under NDA most likely. I'll see what I can do though. I know that the releases being tested at 10.0.10.6xx at least on the GSM devices. CDMA is 10.0.9.25xx

30 days on BES or active sync?
And I'll check my Outlook to test via BES 10 but that seems to be a BES issue not a device issue.

Percent for battery is in about.
Facebook app shows either most recent or top posts depending on your desktop setting from what I've heard.
Rotation lag much much better in newer versions
Low light pictures are not bad. Drag the reticle to the area of focus or lowest light and the camera will adjust accordingly. It actually does very well.

    You got that right

KB33456-Facebook News Feed does not display all of the expected posts and posts may not be in the expected order

That is how you fix it - change how posts are displayed

If you have more influence than an end-user, please can you bring this thread to notice of senior management at BB? http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...update-768484/ and ask them if they are working on an update that will address issues and feature-requests from this thread? If so, can we expect it before USA launch? What update cycle (eg: 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks) can we expect for bug fixes and feature-requests?

This is an Active Sync issue, not BES. It was confirmed by Z10 support that this feature does not exist. Even internal they don't have it.

The camera trick only works when there is a significant light source. If it's the same brightness/darkness in the room it doesn't do anything. I know about this as I do it all the time.

Great coverage, thanks Sith! It is definitely hard to get Enterprise to adopt early (imagine any one that advocated PlayBooks early on, once bit twice shy no?) however I think BlackBerry is giving a compelling MDM solution with BES and just needs to build confidence.
