blackberry email trouble (at&t)
ive had my blackberry pearl (8110) since june and have yet to setup my email. i have tried setting it up online, and through the phone. i have gone to at&t and they are not sure what the issue is.
when i try to set it up through the phone, the option to "I want to create or add an email address" is not even listed. only "I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server" or "I want to skip email setup"?!?!
has anyone had this issue with at&t before? and does anyone know how to help? thanks!
