So my boss and I just got the Tour for Verizon recently and he just started getting an issue.
Whenever he gets an email with no attachment, everything is fine. He can read the email and everything is displayed correctly.
However, whenever he tries to receive an email that has an attachment, where the text is supposed to be, it reads "text / plain", and the actual message does not show up.
We are using an enterprise server.
Any help you can give will be appreciated. We are trying to close a deal over the weekend and not having access to email messages will be extremely hurtful.
