The score is derived by averaging the noise around a brand (‘reach’) with its popularity (‘satisfaction’). mysocialmediareputation has released their latest report on the top 50 brands in Social Media. According to their reports, BlackBerry sits at the #4 spot out of 50. Not bad RIM, displaying an overall rating of 85.25
