no alerts out that i can see,...... but that doesnt really mean anything either.
have you tried a soft reset (battery pull)?
registered device? (menu>options>advncd opt.>host routing table>menu>register now)
just tried on my Bold 9000 with Rogers and emails and bbm working fine. sent and received bbm's to and from rogers, bell and telus berry's, so not sure what the issue is that you're having. sorry
