I just got off the phone with VZW, they're apparently in the midst of a large planned maintenance period for the Blackberry network and some of the other PDAs. The only thing I can hope for is that they're upgrading BIS and preparing for the BB App Store deployment. Perhaps some good will come of this, but yes I'm down with 1xev as well and not receiving email (I'm in the Northeast US - MA to be specific).

Down for me as well, in Northern Westchester... Has anyone noticed VZW's shoddy service with data lately? I've been having issues all week with bbm users being busy/unreachable. One of my coworkers kept coming up as busy, and he was standing right next to me! Meanwhile the BIS and BES services were working fine.
