I have a Blackberry Tour 9650 and a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country with RER Navigation which includes the Uconnect bluetooth handsfree system. I have two problems:
1. The Phone does not always connect to the Uconnect system. I cannot tell when it does or does not. Has anyone experieced this. The service department at the dealer has no answer as it does connect when they see it.
2. When I connect the phone to the nav system with a USB wire, the system says that I have connected an invalid device. I cannot find anything in the instructions explaining what devices are valid. Can the blackberry connect to this system via USB or is there a problem with the system/phone or the connection?
I would appreciate any advice you can provide.
