I just picked up the new Tour today and i was trying to add some music from Itunes on the blackberry media sync. It keeps on telling me that it failed to initialize and to run it with administrative privileges. how do i do that?
I did an install of the desktop mgr and it still had the same error

Im assuming your using vista. Instead of left clicking the program to start right click it and select run as admin.

how do you turn off alerts to your emails??? my settings for emails are
volume: silent
led: on
vib: off
notify during call: no

when i click on try it, no sound but when the email comes in its not silent...
