    Today i bought at walmart an ATT blackberry bold.

    I chose 450 minutes, 200 texts and Blackberry Unlimited (30$)

    However its been 4 hours and its not working yet.

    I get to use the minutes and texts and i can browse however no blackberry email nor bbm.

    I went to host routing table and nothing appeared , however i clicked on sent registration and i got no message back.

    What can i do? :'( i want to use it now.

    BTW most of the time is 3G but some is 'edge'.

    Other question, when i wanted to setup my email it only gave me the option of 'use email with BES' and no BIS whatsoever.

    You need to call your carrier and make sure the acct is provisioned correctly. You will also need to get a BIS login so u can set up your email. I don't remember if u can set it up from the device initially. U can also resend the service books from the BIS page.

    Try sending the service books through the BIS. If that fails u will need to call att.

    so I just went to walmart and the representative offered me to change my device and so I did. But now I'm supposed to go to att tomorrow to check why I can't use/activate my bbm.
