I just took a BlackBerry Customer Sat survey from research provider Satmetrix. At the end of the survey it asked me if I was aware of a software update for my Z10 (no), and then it urged me to update my software. I checked to see if there was an update and I was right, there is no update available : Z10STL100-4/10.2.1.1925 is the most up to date OS version for my phone.
