I have the BB Curve 8310. When I hit the "1" key, it starts giving me the voicemails on my phone....then it says "PAUSING FOR 3 SECONDS" and then it dials in my password. YES, ok I did put the password in somwhere in the phone, but now I cannot find out where I put it in at. ATT customer service does not know either....wierd. Can anyone help me? Please

To turn the password on or off, go to administrative options when you call your voicemail. That's the only place I can find where you put in a password for your email. You did this when you set it up.
