    This curve freezes intermitenly when checking email or ignoring a call or trying to go to the address book from the home screen etc. it freezes for like 20-30 secs. Verizon just gave me a new phone, I restored from back up, and it is still happening. After it hangs up and I reboot the phone (battery out etc..), i get an error message unhadled exception net_rim_bb_messaging_app and a number. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

    Maybe you've got a corrupted database that is sticking with you from your backup, and then restore. You could try reinstalling the OS, but do NOT restore your data or 3rd party apps. Connect the phone to Outlook (or where ever your contacts and calendar are) to resync the data from that fresh source. Then see how your phone runs. You will need to re-set the phone/emails up like you want it and re-download fresh copies of your 3rd party apps, but the whole thing might take an hour and your phone should be in fantastic running order. I know this seems a little severe, but your phone is not working well, and based on one return already...it's not the phone...it's your data.
