I recently (April 10th) bought a new blackberry curve 8320 with a 2-year tmobile contract from Amazon for free($50 rebate). I received the phone on April 17th. I love everything about this phone, but today i realized that one of the keys is not fully functional. Basically, for every 5 times that I push that key, only one time it works. I want to replace this phone. I was wondering if you guys know how this works? should I directly call tmobile or amazon? Has anyone here gone through this process?

    Thanks,
    Amir

I'm returning my 8900 that I bought from them. All you have to do is email/call them and they will gladly send you a replacement one. All I did was email them on their feedback form and I got a response within an hour telling me they've placed a new shipment. Great service.
