I have been trying to synchronize my Blackberry to Microsoft Outlook. I am familiar with the Desktop Manager and used it regularly on my old laptop. Just got a new Laptop with Windows 7 64-bit operating system. The desktop manager works for pictures and media items, but it will no longer browse for the Outlook file so I can sync to my address book. Anyone know a solution to this problem?
This may be to do with the operating system on your pc, ie windows 7 64bit may not be compatable as BlackBerry desktop is only compatable with outlook 32 bit up to 2010 so it may be to do with this if you are useing 64bit outlook. Hope this helps
