My blackberry keeps freezing everytime i try to do something like message, internet, outgoing calls, incoming calls. It has already been switched out twice under warranty and it still does it. Can someone please give me some insight.

This could be caused by many different things. You could have several open apps, you could be short on memory, you could have a crappy OS version installed. It could be as simple as your device needing a reset (1 minute battery pull).

Pull your battery for 1 minute. When your device boots back up, make sure all your apps are closed out and check your device's file free memory (left ALT + left SHIFT + H).

Try pulling the battery out while the device is on and leave it out for 30 seconds. Have you installed anything new on thise device such as themes or apps? It could be a memory issue. Make sure you are closing apps properly by hitting menu key then selecting close or some apps will continue to run in the background causing it to consume memory in turn making it run slow. Check your file free by going to options/status file free. Post this back for us. Also what version OS is on the device? Options/about third line down. Post this as well.
