What conferences and other public events does blackberry present at? When are these conferences?

You'll find RIM presenting at most every major wireless conference as well as their own WES event held every year.

Heck, they were even a Top level sponsor of Lotusphere -- the IBM Lotus Notes/Domino conference.

The main one is WES. Their conferences aren't as widely covered like Apple's because RIM's mostly focus on business solutions that the mainstream media doesn't care too much about. And the stuff they do present that affect general consumers aren't that "groundbreaking" (for lack of a better word) that people pay a lot of attention too. For instance the WES event a few weeks ago talked a little about 6.0 and the 2 new devices that everyone already knew about and one in a different color. Nothing really too big, which even had the makers of this site questioning RIM. But anyhow, their focus on those events are usually for business. So until they do something really big that will widely affect the general consumer and the mobile space + invite the press their events will typically be nothing compared (as far as coverage) to WWDC that we will all see in a couple weeks.

Mobile World Congress, CTIA, WES, and CES are the major ones they are at with WES being RIM only.
