If it was my business I would cut loose everything that was loosing money. If bb10 has not been successful over the last year, guess what, cut the losses. If the hardware is bleeding, cut it loose. Is there an alternative plan? Maybe there is but until you can turn some profits all that matters is to stop killing money, if you can't do that then you sell the parts to salvage any remaining value. Bb10 had its chance to sell and it is a complete failure in the market place, there is no time left to "turnaround" the parts that are causing losses.
