I thought this thread was going to compare similarities between BlackBerry's lack of vision and respect for competition (Apple, Google) to Blockbuster Video's lack of vision and lack of respect for the competition (Netflix).
As for new BlackBerry 10 phones.... BlackBerry has given up on BlackBerry 10, and I don't buy any of the lip service we get from JC.

Don't need any new phones actually. Z10 coming up on three years, Q5 is two years and z30 over a year and all are still working great and showing no signs of slowing down. All are caseless, been dropped multiple times, no cracked screens, batteries still fresh. So the lack of new phones and the reliability of my existing ones takes away the temptation of getting a new one, although I am starting to think Passport and may get one next time it is on sale, but it takes a smaller sim and dont know how it would fit pockets.
