Could this be the start of a program to let devs release Beta apps in the Beta Zone?

Seems like an attempt by BlackBerry to get more exposure through (our personal) social media? Using a combination of memes, device mocks and frames is a very original way to share them with friends at least, I think it is a smart move pushing this through the official Beta Zone app.

Other than that I do not really get the use, there have been a few native meme apps already. This one does look to be more functional of course, as the meme-database grows.

I hope this will open the gates for more third party developers to make their beta versions available OTA, as long as there is a strict quality check. As far as I can tell now that could be the biggest highlight of this bit of news.
