Blackberry AppWorld through my PC

Hello there and sorry if this is dumb question ... :confused:

I know that for many countries, Blackberry AppWorld is not supported (which of course sucks big time).

Question: Is this meant to be for accessing the AppWorld directly through my device? In other words ... if I access appworld.blackberry.com can I buy and download applications and install though my PC's Desktop Manager legally? Or is the country-restriction also valid for the web through my PC?

I think if you have blackberry plugged in may be able to via broswer but most of the stuff will ask for u to email link to bb or just DL off appword from bb
