BlackBerry App World - paying more than once...

I don't understand BlackBerry App World.

If I buy an app, and re-download it weeks\months later, surely I don't have to pay again, right?

I've re-downloaded 'Six Tools' a few times now, after reloading my device, or switching to a difference BlackBerry, BUT, always using the SAME email account for BlackBerry App World, yet each time it wants me to pay again. After paying $2.99 three times over, something has got to give.

Anyone...

Hang on a minute, no one has a take on this? Seriously...

Notify the app developer and tell them you switched devices. They will then ask for your new pin#.
