I agree, and I think it's testament to the fact that BlackBerry has too many people on board and still maintains old blood that is stunting growth of the company. Hopefully this new, lean direction is finally a breathe of fresh air.

Not sure about "a breath of fresh air" -- in typical BBRY incompetence, it appears as though some of the laid off so-called "old blood" are actually hired back on contract to do their old jobs according to the Wall Street Journal.

That is usually true for most companies. Seems like just a few continue the giant increase in valuation.
