Screen Protector.
I have use this on four different Z10 phones. The package comes with two screen protectors. You can't beat this price. Also, it very easy to apply. No messy spray needed.

BlackBerry Headset (HDW-14322-001)
These are old model that comes with the 8300 curve. The rubber layers are easy to come off after some use but all you need to do is to apply a thin layer of glue in the inside and you are good to go. The last one I used lasted a long time and the sound was very good. I'm constantly on call to answer customer problems so I need something reliable and these headset does the job and they are very cheap now. I just ordered 3 units.

NOTE: the newer model headset (HDW-44306-003) that comes with the Z10 (like the ones from shop blackberry dot come) build very well but my Z10 package didn't 't come with it and it's sold for around $15 (tax+ship included) per unit. So I'm okay with the older HDW-14322-001.

The playbook ones always have the insulation split on me at the USB end and expose the wires so I have gone through three of them.
