I have a Blackberry 9930 with verizon wireless right now, but it has had problems. This is my third replacement phone because of malfunctions and I think I'm ready to make the move to the iPhone.
I know the iPhone 5 will be out soon, and i'll have an upgrade then, but do you guys think I would be able to have verizon switch me to the iphone 4s for the time being because my device has given me so many problems? I have heard in the pass that if your device continually malfunctions, they are supposed to offer you something else. Want to see if it's worth a shot.
