I keep hearing radio ads in the Sacramento area for the Blackberry 9700 from AT&T for $99 after mail in rebate. It is not for parrot cellular or any of those, but actually AT&T. They say to call AT&T or visit your local AT&T store. I've called, gone into a store, and gone online and no one has it for $99 after mail in rebate. It is $199. Super annoying, I feel like they are taunting me now
