Hi Everyone

I urgently require some help to get my phone working . I live in South Africa and bought 2 BB storm9530`s. One of the phones work here and the other does not. The phone that is working runs the OS 5.0.0.797 the one that doesnt 5.0.0.328. Can anybody give me information or a link to somewhere to download OS 5.0.0.797 . Is this the correct thing i should be doing to get this phone to work here ?

hook it up to bb desktop manager and it should be able to update

Already tried that but it only allowed me to downgrade.
