I own a Blackberry 8830 World Edition. I have looked very carefully at the Solio Carbon Charger, Motorola Charger, Duracell Charger and basically all chargers available. I've narrowed it down to the Solio because from blogs etc. a number of the other units are either not compatible with the World Edition or it fries the 8830. Does anyone have any technical info to help me with my choice? I do alot of traveling where it is difficult to plug in my BB 8830 World Edition. My email address is [email protected]
My 8830 World Edition came with a variety of plugs for the various world power outlets. Using RIM's supplied charger with these adapters would be my first choice. I haven't used any of the adapters you're considering.
