Hello everybody,
I have a problem with my 8120 pearl .when it is connected to the charging point it remains on, but as i take out from the charging point it shows Battery drained handheld shunting down, and it gets off.Also i put fully charged batterry.
I had change the battery to a new one and also charger but the same problem.

Please help.Thanks in advance.

might be a defective phone
if you can exchange it, do it
if not, you can try upgrading and see if it helps

i have the same bb as you, 8120 with the same battery problem, ihave done everything you said as well, im a hardware technician but kindda lost here, i wonder if you have a solution for this.
