I entered a contract from a month to month service to get back into BlackBerry. The only thing I look forward to my contract end is freedom to change service.

As long as BlackBerry is here I'll continue to use their devices.

While I love all of my BB10 phoneS, I want more. I'm not going to buy a BB if they're going to price it ridiculously high or release crap devices upfront and slowly make it better.

It was the first os version of bb10. I feel you aren't being fair to blackberry. Under the time constraint they'd be hard pressed to have done any better.

They don't plan on relaunching another os so they can't possible release "crap devices upfront and slowly make it better "..

I could possibly understand the whole over pricing ordeal tho

Definitely. BlackBerry has shown me they can make a stable satisfying operating system along with dependable hardware. The only reason I would break my contract is to purchase a new BB10 phone.

Nah. I'm being extremely realistic. I've owned smartphones since 2005 and they've all been BBs. I've stuck with them to help out a Canadian company as much as I can.

But I'm sorry, I want more. Sick and tired of small little bits here and there. They release good apps with GREAT potential (Express) but don't develop it further. BBM still has many bugs, and its slow when it comes to groups. Browser has a high score for HTML5 test but not as reliable and has bugs.

As a consumer, I expect good products. But if this keeps going on for the next two years, I won't come back. I expect a better product, a more reliable product.

I really hope Chen can deliver on those aspects.

The hub and the swiping gestures make getting around the os so easily.

I love how everything I use can easily connect to each other.

This is a forum, among other things for people to specifically write about their problems and issues with BlackBerry, so it's normal to find a high volume of complaints here, these are people (in general) that love and support BlackBerry and aren't ready to give up on it anytime soon ,
