Unfortunately, just saying that won't make it happen, as much as a number of us wish that it would.
It is sales and OS adoption that would have really helped it flourish. So sad, but life goes on. At least it exists right now so continue to enjoy it.
If BlackBerry is successful in getting a good partner for software licencing it's gonna happen for sure

OS is not easy. there are other excellent OS died before.. BeOS for example... QNX still alive, just not in the BB10 format (not for cell phone).
Then go buy several thousand units yourself.

I like BB10, but I'm not sure I'd buy another BB10 phone. It's pretty clear that living with BB10 will become impractical sooner rather than later.

Ya if BlackBerry released another. Z30 with spec like dteck60 I would buy it. But. They way things a going I doubt we will ever see another bb10 phone. Which is a shame as it's a fantastic os

One Plus one was made in small batches when they first launched.
I'm just wondering if that is something Blackberry could do as well. Where they produce only what they can sell. Whilst an invite system would be a pain in the *** that might be one way to control costs?
Folks said the same of Palm OS and Web OS
