    I gave my husband my BB Torch and set up his email using my old BIS login details. I then had to add an email for him but forgot my password, so asked to reset it. The error I have is it was sent to 'my blackberry' but of course the blackberry in question is now assigned to my husbands phone number not mine so the new password never came through.

    How do I reset the password to the BIS another way? thanks.

    Thanks, I have now contacted them and have a new password. Thanks, hadn't realised I should contact them. Doh!
